Paul McCaffrey is responsible for managing Robins Kaplan’s trial support and multimedia department. In this role, he oversees the coordination and execution of the logistics for trial teams.

Paul and his team handle all aspects of trial coordination, ensuring that the firm’s legal teams can focus on their cases without having to worry about the moving parts behind the scenes. This includes pretrial discussions with teams about hotel, war room, and courtroom accommodations. Paul also has nearly a decade of courtroom experience, including running exhibits (hotseat) during trials and ensuring all exhibits and graphics are handled during trials. With years of technology and multimedia experience, Paul is comfortable setting up everything from start to finish so attorneys can focus on obtaining successful verdicts in their cases.
